Anna has been the owner of GRACE Ballet since 1998. She oversees the overall business and walks alongside our Studio Director in making decisions for the studio. She has an active part at GRACE as a mother of two dancers, our main substitute teacher, and the RAD Certification Instructor.

T'Ana Smith

Teacher at GRACE
T’Ana has been blessed to share her love of dance through teaching for over 10 years. She is a graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts, where she earned her BFA in Dance. She also received a certificate of training in Dance from the University of Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia SA.

Her heart’s passion is to serve the families of GRACE with the love and care of Jesus, guiding her students to experience the power of yielding to the Lord in worship through the art of dance.
Kollyn Weimer
Teacher at GRACE
​Kollyn has shared her passion for dance by coaching and teaching at various studios throughout the Midwest. When she came to our area for graduate school, we were thrilled to welcome such a godly, joy-filled teacher to our team! She now serves as one of our core dance instructors and is our sole tap teacher, bringing both skill and enthusiasm to every class she leads.

Haylie Poyzer

Haylie has been assisting and teaching dance classes for over eight years, captivating both parents and students with her calm demeanor and exceptional attention to detail. Her steady presence and thoughtful instruction create a warm, encouraging environment where dancers can thrive.

With a deep love for the Lord and a passion for dance, Bella brings both joy and expertise to every class she teaches. She delights in sharing her knowledge with students and parents alike, using her gifts to inspire, encourage, and connect our GRACE community.
Felicity Patterson
Mentor & Teacher at GRACE
Feliciity Patterson brings a love for ballet and a heart for students to GRACE Ballet. After dancing in her childhood, she returned to ballet as an adult, training at GRACE and Drake University. She now leads Chapter 2 classes with compassion while also serving as a mentor, substitute teacher, and administrative assistant, supporting the team throughout the season.
Sarah Trost

Sarah is a new face at GRACE and is thrilled to serve as our main acro and Chapter 8 instructor this year. With over 10 years of experience teaching both dance and acro, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and enthusiasm to her students.
Jenna Poyzer
Attire & Costume Manager
Jenna has been faithfully serving the families of GRACE for many years. She oversees all attire and costume orders and plays a key role in training new office staff, ensuring our studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
Angie Mettenbrink
Office Assistant
Angie is the welcoming smile and helping hand that greets our GRACE families with the love of Jesus—whether through texts, calls, emails, or even the occasional Chapter 1 potty break! As our new office assistant, she works to keep communication smooth throughout the week and helps parents prepare for all of our special events.
Lobby Greeter
Lindsey has been a valued part of the GRACE Ballet community for several years, supporting her daughters as they faithfully dance. She is one of the friendly faces who warmly greets our families at the start of each week, helping create a welcoming and encouraging environment for all!
